{Steamy Historical Romance Review} The Earl’s Wager by @Rebecca_Thomas3

A young Earl still paying for the sins of his father. A spirited American Miss granting her father’s dying wish. Georgia and Will have nothing in common on paper, but Rebecca Thomas takes the most unlikely couple and makes them a perfect fit.

Will was a bit too stuffy at first, but I completely understood why. He was desperate to be accepted by society after all the dishonor his late father…

booksandwinter:

A beautiful book trailer for a book I just finished. It takes place in a brutal fantasy world and it’s a really good story about the desire for freedom, about self-sacrifice, friendship and love.

“I daresay, Miss Duvall, you’ve transformed yourself quite nicely. I’m afraid
you no longer resemble a jockey.” </p>

Novella Break - Right Kind of Mistake by Rebecca Thomas

lloydreads:

Haylie Keene wants to put the past behind her and move on after her jock boyfriend cheats on her. Her friends convince her that a hook-up (or maybe a little revenge sex) is the best place to start. Except she’s steering clear of hockey players, as in, never ever again.

Alaska State all-star defenseman Cam Erickson is a calculated risk taker. He weighs the pros and cons and knows Haylie is a bad investment on so many levels, but something about her gets under his skin. And once he makes up his mind, he pulls out all the stops to make her his.

Haylie soon realizes that Cam’s quiet charm and unfaltering confidence is like a magnet she doesn’t want to refuse. Their chemistry is undeniable and maybe the rules she set up for herself are worth reconsidering.

Still heartbroken, Haylie is only looking for a few hours of pure bliss. But hockey hero Cam wants more than a hook-up. His goal? Ice-melting romance.

I really wanted this to be way longer than it was! I enjoyed the characters, the hockey puns, and the incredible hook-up. It’s part one in the series and doesn’t have the most satisfactory end, but it’s enough to make me interested in the next part!

“The Right Kind of Mistake” by Rebecca Thomas is available for purchase on Amazon.
